Weekly weigh-ins

At the end of December 2014 I made the decision that enough was enough – things had gone too far and it was time to make some serious lifestyle changes.  I couldn’t continue to pile the weight on.  I was unhappy, lost my confidence and lost my way.  I felt fat and old truth be told (what with now being post 40).

Hence Seize each day was born.  I needed accountability, rather than keep hiding from the truth.  So I created this little piece of on-line space just for me and announced that I would be sharing my weight loss journey with you all.

On Monday, 20 July 2015 I started the Thinking Slimmer six week programme with the help of two slimpods and a Facebook focus group and so my journey continues with new motivation…

I love the picture at the top of this post – it’s my darling girl, Kipster, who jumped up on my lap for a cuddle just as I sat down to write this page.  Awwww gotta love a pooch.
